1. Who we are
Restovia is a restaurant-discovery app operated by NETISO, a French sole proprietorship. Contact: support@netiso.fr.

3. What we do not do
- No named accounts for users (no email, password, phone).
- No advertising tracking or third-party analytics.

Terms of Use
1. Purpose
Restovia is a restaurant discovery and recommendation service operated by NETISO. By using the app you accept these terms and the privacy policy.
2. Service description
- Restaurant search by proximity, cuisine and opening hours.
- Venue information (hours, photos, links) comes from open sources and owners — provided as-is, without guarantee of accuracy.
- Some links (booking, website) are affiliate links or Premium content paid by owners — marked as such.
3. Owner accounts
Owners may claim their venue and publish photos and official links. They warrant they hold rights to that content and that it is accurate and lawful. The Premium subscription is billed via Stripe; it can be cancelled anytime and ends at the current period's expiry.
4. Liability
The service is provided "as is". NETISO is not responsible for the accuracy of venue information (hours, menus, prices) nor for services provided by restaurants. Always check with the venue.
5. Intellectual property
The app, its brand and its content belong to NETISO.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules.
