Radza

Privacy and terms

Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Radza is operated by NETISO, a French sole proprietorship. Contact: support@netiso.fr.

2. Our principle: ephemeral data

Radza is designed to forget. Your position and profile live in volatile memory (Redis) with a 15-second lifetime, refreshed while you use the app. When you close it or background it, your presence data expires automatically.

3. What we process

DataPurposeRetention
User ID (UUID) Technical identity, generated on your device, stored in the iOS/Android keychain Until account deletion
Precise GPS location Discovering nearby users during the swipe phase (sent every ~5 s) 15 seconds after last send
GPS during radar Guiding you to the person you matched with — exchanged directly between phones (P2P, encrypted in transit) Never reaches our servers
Profile photo Shown on swipe cards to other users 24-hour server cache max
Photo fingerprint (perceptual hash) Stolen/duplicate photo detection — one-way fingerprint, the photo cannot be reconstructed Permanent (anonymous)
Preferences (age, gender, interests) Filtering and sorting nearby users Session only (15 s)
Push notification token “Evening plan” notification after a meetup — via Apple APNs (iOS) or Google FCM (Android) Until account deletion
Reports Moderation; for illegal content, an incident log and evidence photo may be forwarded to authorities Per legal obligations
Bug reports Software quality — submitted voluntarily by you 7 days
House sponsored cards + remote flags (netiso.fr) Selection and counting of sister-app promotions, feature switches — your location, IP, declared age and gender, and device model are sent to our server (filtering only, never stored) Aggregated stats per day and IP
Rules consent Legal proof of safety-rules acceptance (version + date) Permanent

4. “Evening plan” recommendations

After a confirmed meetup, your position and interests are sent to our own Restovia service (same publisher, NETISO) to suggest a nearby venue. No data is sent to advertising third parties.

5. Anonymous statistics

We keep aggregate counters (active users per city/day, rough demographic split). These tables do not contain your identifier and cannot be linked to you.

6. Account deletion

You can delete your account anytime from the “About” screen (Radza logo, top-right of the main screen). Deletion erases:

  • your identity and authentication token;
  • your photo and its server cache;
  • your push token;
  • your block lists and session data;
  • your stored recommendations and bug reports.
Kept after deletion: the consent record (legal proof, one-way photo fingerprint only), forbidden photo fingerprints (anonymous), the incident log for serious reports (legal obligations), and aggregate statistics (no identifier).

7. What we do not do

  • No email, password or phone number accounts.
  • No advertising tracking or third-party analytics SDKs.
  • No data selling.
  • No location history.

8. Your rights (GDPR)

You can exercise access, rectification and erasure rights: in-app account deletion covers most of it, or write to support@netiso.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).

9. Security

Communications encrypted in transit (TLS, DTLS for P2P), single-token authentication, no location data retained beyond the session.

Terms of Use

1. Purpose

Radza is a proximity meetup service operated by NETISO. By using the app you accept these terms, the community rules and the privacy policy.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be 18 or older.
  • You must accept the safety rules shown on first use; each new rules version must be accepted again.
  • The app works without a named account: a technical identifier is generated on your device.

3. Prohibited conduct

  • Nudity or sexual content in photos.
  • Any illegal content, including content involving minors — reported to the relevant authorities.
  • Harassment, hate speech, threats toward other users.
  • Using someone else's photo or content that does not represent you.
  • Any attempt to bypass moderation or security mechanisms.

Violations result in a permanent ban.

4. Your content

You are solely responsible for the photos and information you share. You warrant that you own the rights to your photo and that it represents you. You grant NETISO a limited, non-exclusive license to host it temporarily and display it to other users — solely to operate the service.

5. Safety and liability

  • Stay aware of your surroundings — the radar shows a direction, not a path to walk blindly. Never use the app while driving.
  • You are solely responsible for your safety during meetups. Prefer public, well-lit places; tell a friend where you are going.
  • Radza connects people; NETISO does not control in-person interactions and cannot be held responsible for users' actions.
  • To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree not to bring legal claims against NETISO, its authors and contributors for any damage arising from distraction caused by the app. This does not affect your mandatory consumer rights.

6. Availability and changes

The service is provided "as is". NETISO may modify, suspend or discontinue it at any time, including for maintenance or legal compliance. Uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

7. Reports and moderation

You can report or block any user in the app. Serious reports (illegal content) may be kept as evidence and forwarded to authorities.

8. Intellectual property

The app, its brand and its content belong to NETISO. You are not purchasing the software: you are using a service operated by NETISO.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Disputes fall under French courts, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules (you may sue in the courts of your place of residence).

Community Rules

Version 2 — the version shown and accepted in the app

By using Radza you agree to the following rules:

No nudity or sexual content in photos. Photos are screened before sending. Violations result in a permanent ban.
No illegal content of any kind, including content involving minors. Such content is reported to the authorities.
No harassment, hate speech, or threats toward other users.
You can report any user who violates these rules. Reported users are banned permanently.
You must be 18 or older to use this app.
Your photo is sent to our servers temporarily so other users can see it on swipe cards. It expires 15 seconds after you stop using the app. You are responsible for the content you share.

Safety & Responsibility

Stay aware of your surroundings. Do not follow the radar while crossing streets or walking in dangerous areas. Look up from your phone — the radar shows direction, not a path to walk blindly.
You are solely responsible for your own safety and attention while using this app. Radza is not liable for any injury, accident, or damage resulting from distraction caused by the app.
You agree not to sue or bring any legal claim against the authors, operators, or contributors of Radza for any injury, accident, or damage arising from your use of the app, including distraction while walking, cycling, or operating a vehicle. This does not affect rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Meet in a public, well-lit place for the first time. Tell a friend where you are going. Trust your instincts — if something feels off, leave.
You consent to these terms and acknowledge that you have read and understood the safety guidelines. This consent is recorded and required to use the app.

Violations of these rules may result in a permanent ban from the app and, for illegal content, reporting to the relevant authorities.
