1. Who we are
Festovia is an event-discovery app operated by NETISO, a French sole proprietorship. Contact: support@netiso.fr.
2. What we process

3. What we do not do
- No named accounts (no email, password, phone).
- No advertising tracking or third-party analytics.
- No data selling.

Terms of Use
1. Purpose
Festovia is an event-discovery service (concerts, festivals, exhibitions, sports…) operated by NETISO. By using the app you accept these terms and the privacy policy.
2. Service description
- Event search by proximity, category and date.
- Event information (times, venues, prices) comes from public feeds — provided as-is, without guarantee of accuracy; always check with the organizer.
- Some links (ticketing) may be affiliate links.
3. Liability
The service is provided "as is". NETISO does not organize the listed events and is not responsible for their cancellation, their content or the organizers' services.
4. Intellectual property
The app, its brand and its content belong to NETISO.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules.
